We also deal with emergency repairs which we have been operating successfully for over 15 years. Back in 1986, we built the DMP O’Connell brand as a local, independent building company in the most traditional sense, providing local residential property services. Over the years we have nurtured our team and developed and invested in training and skills brought together by a unified ethos for hard work and excellent standards. This has enabled us to evolve into a more diverse business by combining a system of traditional ethics with modern capabilities.
DMP O’Connell come highly recommended! We are often asked to carry out refurbishment work projects for private clients thanks to our excellent working relationships with architects and surveyors. For homeowners, we can even offer a Design & Build service where we can create bespoke building initiatives based on individual needs which we will then undertake at a competitive price. Our long-term involvement with several large Public Sector organisations first inspired our move into the Emergency Response Section. We were initially approached by a number of organisations when they realised that the needs and concerns of many of their tenants were not being properly met by the traditional patterns of 9am-5pm working hours. DMP O’Connell were quickly able to expand our business to include an emergency response service to operate out of hours and we now specialise in emergency repairs and can attend to those jobs that just can’t wait!

This allows us to react to a repair request within minutes and in an emergency situation, where time is of the essence, we certainly understand the need for urgency.
